THE SCREEN CAME ON ONCE BUT IT WAS ALL SCRABBLED UP AT THE TOP WHEN I CLOSED IT IT STOPPED WORKING AGAIN SO I TRIED PRESSING ON IT WHEN IT WAS CLOSED AN I GOT IT THE OUTER SCREEN TO LIGHT UP A FEW TIMES BUT NOTHING STABLE ENOUGH TO GO ON SO I TOOK IT APART AN SO FAR THE FLAT WIRE TO THE SCREEN LOOKS INTACT BUT FROM THERE ITS ANYONE'S GUESS I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M LOOKING AT. ANY THOUGHTS OR SUGGESTIONS? AN IF SO DO YOU KNOW WHERE I COULD FIND A DETAILED 3D MAP OF WHAT THIS PHONE WOULD LOOK LIKE IF YOU PULLED IT APART AN PUT IT ON DISPLAY WITH LABELS AN ALL

You were saying that the phone does not have a SIM card slot. You need to double-check it. If the phone does not have a SIM card slot, you need to bring it to a repair technician to put a SIM card slot, unlock the factory code so that you could use it in other country.

But doing it would void the warranty cause it's against the contract of Verizon and Samsung company.

It should be the last 4 digits of the cell number, if it hasn't been changed. To reset that, dial *228 send, option one. The phone will be reprogrammed and the lock code will be the last 4 digits again. Please respond and vote if helpful.

To get the Phone to Ring - open the Phone and on the side there is the Volume Control buttons up and Down - press the Up button and than press the OK button to "set" the Volume to high.
