Msi l1350d web cam wont show up its almost as if its not there! looked on msi website they say the driver is not downloadable

get the drivers
and load them
and if this PC has a cam, (vast do not or is and option then)
it works.

You probably have the answer by now but press the Fn and F11 keys at the same time until you see the wireless logo pop up.

Hi, I'm Naldz . If your web cam is new, there is a small disk that goes along with the package. Use this mini disk to install the driver that your computer needs in order for your web cam to work properly with your netbook computer. I hope this would solve your problem.. Have a good day !

Try this first:

Hold Fn on your keyboard and click F6 then your web cam is on.

If still the webcam is not working try this:

Go to device manager and verify that web-cam driver is working properly by doing the following:

1. Go to start > RUN > then type in the following in the RUN...
box devmgmt.msc then press enter.

2. The device manager box will appear then look for web-cam driver ("Imaging Device")

3. If everything is working like it should, there should not be an "exclamation mark" by your web-cam driver

If there is an "exclamation mark" then load the driver cd that came with your laptop and install the necessary driver or go to your laptop manufacture's website and download the driver and reboot for good measure.

This netbook comes preloaded with Windows 7. Window 7 contains a preloaded driver that supports this camera. I fthe camera is not working, i would delete it and have Win 7 find it again. To do this, start/control panel/system/device manager, find the imaging / input device where the driver would be installed - should be fairly obvious - "webcam" or "camera" label, right click and choose uninstall. Reboot computer after you do this. On bootup, when you reach the desktop it will search and find the webcam.

Under Control Panel > Device manager look for your web cam. When you locate it under there uninstall the drivers and download the latest ones from MSI.

Try the MSI support website, should be there.

If that does not work, try using a driver finder program. It will also look for compatible drivers if the exact driver is not available.
