Printing problem printer giving only A4 size print but not giving A3 print

You might have to Physically goto which ever program you are printing from and goto File and then Printer Options or Page Options and select the A3 Print that you want. If you wan to set the printer to A3 for ever you too can goto START, Control Pannel. Then Find and open PRINTERS , then right click on your printed listed there and goto PROPERTIES. From there you can navigate the tabs on top until you find the paper section of the printer and set the paper to whichever choice you want in this case A3... If you are still not able to get it from there try to download the latest software update form the Printer site itself. Hope my answer gets you closer to a solution.
