Wii wheel no longer turns

Had mariokart for about four months, yesterday the wii wheel stopped turning the characters on the screen. Try as I might Mario just continued in a straight line as I twisted and turned the wheel in every configuration. Conclusion: this thing is f*d up. Does anybody know any quick fixes for getting the Wii wheel to turn again,everything else works. The wii remote works fine on the menus and every other game but once you stick it in the Wii wheel it just wont turn. Anyway, much appreciate any advice or tips given.

Of corse this may be a problem but it is not hte wheel. The wheel can turn make sure you have checked the batteries in the wiimote. Also if this doesen't help sit the wiimote down for a minute and it should be beter later.

If the Wii Wheel fails to operate, or operates incorrectly, check the steps below before seeking assistance.
• Make sure the Wii Remote is correctly installed in the Wii Wheel.
• Make sure the game you are playing includes Wii Wheel game play features.
• Make sure the lenses on both the Wii Remote and Wii Wheel are clean and uncontaminated with dirt or other
foreign matter.
• Make sure the batteries in the Wii Remote are not depleted.
• Make sure the Wii Remote is synchronized with the Wii console. Review the Wii Operations Manual - System Setup,
for the procedure for synchronizing your remote with the console if you need more information.
• Review the Wii Remote troubleshooting section in the Wii Operations Manual - System Setup for complete
information on troubleshooting solutions for the Wii Remote.

    pop the packs out and switch to 2 AA batteries see if that fixes the issue.

    do you put the controllers into the charge station at all times, or only if they become empty?

    also there is known issues with React products if you are using them maybe think about changing

If the disk is dirty, you may try to clean it. Rub a small amount of toothpaste gel onto the disk with your fingers, rinse with luke warm water, and dry thoroughly before putting back into your Wii.
Verify the problem isn't with the Wii itself. Make sure that the Wii you purchased will play a different game. (Wii Sports would work fine.)
If the game disk is a pirated or burned copy your Wii has to be modified to read those disks.

Sometimes when we exit MarioKart, our changes don'...
The wii mite have a memory error. Does this happe to any other games? If not replace the game. If the same problem ocurrs u mite not have the real version.

Using the Wii Wheel, uncontrollable
you might have a bad wii remote, because the wii wheel is just a case for the remote to sit in. try playing it without the wheel and see if that works. if you dont have any luck, you need a new wii remote.

Mariokart disc could not be read. manual said
Did it ever work? Or did you just get the disc?

If the game never worked, you may have gotten a defective game disc. Take it back to where you purchased it and they will exchange it.

Wii console bought in Taiwan, Mariokart bought in US doesn't work
is the mario kart game bought in england? the wii console is region controlled, games have to be from same country you brought the computer. only way around it is to get console chipped, if you google summit like getting wii modded or chipped you should find sumone who will do it.

Synching wii fit causes wii console to no longer power up
1, Turn off and unplug your wii console for a few minutes
2,Turn the power back on and when you see the the safety screen open the small flap on the front of the wii console. Inside you will find the red sync button. Press and hold the red button down for 15 seconds.
* Then remove the battery cover from the wii remote, inside you will see another red button.
* Press and release the red button, the blue lights on the remote will start blinking.
* Quickly press and release the red sync button on the wii console.
* The remote will stop blinking and it should now be synced.
then try syncing your wii fit bored

Wii mario kart, second wheel won't turn
I tried resyncing from the main screen, but one of the wiimotes still didn't work. I read to smack the wiimote facedown in your hand a couple of times, and that worked!!!

Apparently the motion sensor can get stuck inside, although it doesn't totally make sense, because previously when the wiimote didn't steer, it still moved on the screen to choose character, car, etc.

Green light stays on, black screen, no sound, no connection w/ remotes
Go to the tv settings and check to see if you blocked any incoming devises. If you did block the devides, your tv will not read the wii
