We tried all part replacements for dell vostro V13. but still the problem exists " No operating system found" what will be the cause? please help

What do you replacement for your Dell Vostro V13? Do you have reinstalled operating system? This is a software problem not hard wareproblem, Reinstall operating system maybe can solve it, and if the operating system can't be installed, it maybe comes a hardware problem

When you receive the error, "No Operating System found". There could be one of two things wrong.
Either your hard drive with Windows properly installed is bad,
Or, you haven't installed Windows or the Windows installation is corrupt.

All you have to do is reinstall Windows using the discs provided to you by Dell and you'll be golden.

Speaker problems in dell vostro 1540
Try reinstalling the audio drivers.

Get onlineand got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "DellSupport" (without the quotes and put your manufacturer name before Support). Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operatingsystem when requested. Download and install the Audio drivers.
Once installed make sure the volume is up and not on mute.

I hope it isn't the case but your laptop display may be going bad. I have seen this a few times before when I was working in a repair shop.

Things to test first:
Make sure video driver is the right one and up to date.
Install the latest Flash player
Install the latest Java updates
If you are ok with taking your screen apart (If not thats fine don't do it) check the cables in the back of it for burns or frays.

If all that fails best to take it a shop to have the display checked out.

How to format DELL Vostro 1014 Laptop
If you wish to FORMAT your hard drive so you can re install the OS.
Put your Windows disc into the CD/DVD drive, boot the computer and press F2 (if that does not work try CTRL+ALT and enter) to enter the bios. Change the boot order to boot from the CD drive first.

Follow the onscreen instructions to Install the OS, you should get the option to delete the existing partitions and then to FORMAT.

Windows installer not found
Does the Vostro have PCRestore (some business lines do not).

To verify see if there is a bar along the top that says WWW.DELL.COM just after the Dell logo during startup.

if it exists shut down the computer, power it up, hold the CTRL key and tap the F11 key a few times, it will bring up PCRestore for XP systems.

If you post the actual error we can probably fix it without reinstalling.
