We bought Toshiba Regza LCD 40CV700E, last month and from the time we started using it the maximum volume is very low compared to other tv's. I have called the dealer and after the assistance given by them to tune, it is still very low. what to do...this is so embarrasing because even normal smaller inches tv are very loud.Everyone has been telling us to take it back to the dealer.

Take the people adviced exchanged it for another tv,this tv 100% have it main tv Tuner signal board have problems,that the most important board for the tv,beside the tv LCD screen panel itself.

have a toshiba regza 32hl67 LCD tv which is only 2 1/2 years old. The
picture on this unit just started to go the other day (screen darkens
but images are still visible and the motion/movement is very slow). I
contacted Toshiba and they just said to unplug the tv for 3 minutes to
reset the tv. This doesnt work. I am VERY upset with Toshiba, after
paying $800 for a tv that only lasted 2 1/2 years. If anyone has had
similar issues and know how to fix it, please let me know. Thanks
My 52 in regza has a vertical line on the right side as well just under 2 years old, out of warranty and to costly to repair, I paid $2500 as well. The TV has been on its stand since the day I bought it and has been moved once.
I have read of others who have this problem as well, just google toshiba regza red line, or vertical line

hello the red blinking lights is a service code when this happens it means theres a power problem or a fualty circut. it happens alot with these new plasma and lcd tv's its very common since these units have built in protection and power loss a fualt or short will cuase this.
the tv needs service the tech will know what to look for according to the number of blinks.
