Hey, I had the same problem with my Coleman watch. It would alarm at midnight. I used the mode feature like the poster before me said. When I got to the alarm "screen" I used the button that backlights the watch's screen. The light came on and the alarm feature was removed. I hope this helps.

Hold set button until chime is displayed
Clcik mode again until 12 hr is displayed mode agiain to hr St/sp to to incresse time Reset to Decrease
mode to cycle thru
Is the wristwatch a round caseback? If it is you may be able to go to a watchmaker/repairman and have him fit a misc back on it. If it isn't you may have problems finding what you need. As a watchmaker I don't throw ANYTHING out, and most don't. Then go on the internet under pocketwatch repairs. There are a few places that work ONLY on pocket watches inside and out. I will look that up for you. Get ahold of me after you go to the repair shop, will go from there.

Pull crown to "middle" position and turn CLOCKWISE until correct day appears. If day does not change, pull crown to "out" position and turn CLOCKWISE or COUNTERCLOCKWISE through the necessary number of 24 hour periods until correct day appears.
