There is a part inside the TV that needs to be replaced. If the TV is
under warranty, call the manufacturer and they will arrange to have
your set repaired at little, or no cost to you.
If the TV is out of warranty, and you have the experience and you know
what you're doing, you can fix the unit yourself. Otherwise, if you've
never done anything like this type of repair before and you don't know
where to start, I suggest speaking with an experienced TV
repair-person.
If you take the TV to a repair shop for out of warranty repair, the
cost will likely be a minimum of $200 parts and labor. However,
be warned that the cost could be considerably higher.
Since some brands will pay for your repair even if you're out of warranty, you should
contact the manufacturer for your full range of options.

The first thing I would check is the line output transistor this is the large transistor mount on the heat sink next to the lineoutput transformer (the big black thing with the lead going to the side of the tube) just replace it if you have no meter to check it.
