I do face the same indication but checked the temperature probe already with a lighter and the resistance changes so i would say that is functioning,i just fitted a :Lincoln Thermostat Control Board PN# 369728 w/ 40° - 560° Range 4030118
Is that a possibility that is a faulty one?
do i need to replace the temp probe anyway?
    pls advice me

SOURCE: oven not reaching correct temp

It isn't a design flaw. It is an air pressure switch. Main fan not running OR oven is dirty and the tube to the air pressure switch is clogged. Dirty ovens aren't a design flaw. I saw it once a week. Five minutes clearing the tube and you back in business. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: Hi, my daughter has an impinger lincoln pizza

First you should check the ac source of the unit if their is a power try to use some device to confirm that there is an ac supply like charger or electric fan, if there is power to the source then you should check the fuse if not busted or if it using a breaker try to turn it of then turn it on it may be defective sometimes the contact of the breaker is not properly contacting to each other this hopping that this may help you. thank's

I have a remanufactured lincoln impinger 1000 gas conveyor pizza oven which I believe was converted to a fast bake 1450 model and the main fan motor on the back is screaming.

If the main fan motor is screaming in your lincoln impinger oven, actually that means the motor is faulty. more so the bearing in the motor are worn out and should be replaced, its easier to replace the motor itself but the motor is very expensive. To save money you can actually replace the bearings your self by opening the back cover in which the motor is mounted, then unmount the motor and disassemble it so you can take out the bearings. take the bearings as a sample to a bearing store so that you can get the size correct.
make sure you get bearings that can handle high temperatures and not those with plastic seals ment for wet or water places.

Lincoln Impinger 2 Double Conveyor oven temperature unstable

It looks like a thermostat problem, but if the thermostat had already been replaced, remain to check the valve and the pressure switches.

When the valve is defective, gas will turn off and not restart, Check and eventually replace the pressure switch , but it can also be a control problem.

Let see if I can find support and repair in your area.
