You should remove the memory cover underneath your laptop first. There are several covers but only one is the correct one.
The modules unclip by way of the clips on the side of the modules.
BEFORE YOU TOUCH THE MODULES ensure that the battery has been removed and you have touched the VGA output socket, to discharge yourself from static, or the modules will possibly get damaged.
Only touch the side ends of the modules, (where the fixing slots are), to avoid damage.
Make sure the replacement module/s are of the same make and type otherwise you may get problems.

That would be the BIOS password is open the ram compartment and pull up the plastic sticker or whatever you want to call it between the motherboard and the ram. There is a jumper called "CMOS_CLR1" use a screwdriver to short out the pins and it clears the CMOS.

you have disk from toshiba driver and software so you reinstall satellite a 105 recovery by disk of toshiba

Make sure you enter the model of your laptop so you can get the correct drivers.
