Unlikely, Always make sure both aerials are pointing straight upwards and mount unit as high up as possible, these have switchable frequencies too, try another channel.

Shure pgx sm58 vocal system... receiver is excepting transmitter but no audio.. I tried to sync it to different channels but still no audio.

Unfortunatley, it is quite difficult to troubleshoot a wireless mic over the internet, as there are many, many things that could be causing this problem. I'd really suggest contacting Shure, as they can best help you troubleshoot any problems that you are having. You might need to send it to them for repairs.

Shure wireless headset microphone

The most likely problem is a bad connection between the jack and the internal PC board. If you can solder, you may be able to resolve this yourself. Be careful NOT to alter any of the internal coils. Try resoldering the connector and update this if that fails to resolve the problem.
