Check your speaker wiring, make sure both terminals are connected properly. or could just be left speaker is disconnected. and is set in stereo mode which will only play left and right front and Sub, if you have one. try chaning the surround mode to play in multi channel speaker which will send sound to all speakers. i trust your using a Digital audio cable from your source ( cable box, DVD player) if your using analog audio cable you will only get stereo sound, and nothing will ever come out of the rear speaker unless you change the surround mode to multi- channel speaker. also in the setup menu you should be able to perform a speaker setup, make sure all your speakers are able to produce sound. follow speaker setup mode in menu, make sure you have checked the boxes or Yes to speaker you have in your system. then perform calibration and a test tone will come out of each speaker as you select them.

Product= Onkyo HT s3300. My 2 front speakers won't produce any sound when I hook it to the Speaker A rear section.I hooked both speakers to Speaker B ports and both produced sound. Thanks. Godale.

Hello Hasnul, for what you comment, it is very possible that the integrated circuit has been burned, that works with the Front System A output and you have to replace it, the Front System B output, works with another integrated amplifier circuit, which is working well
If you have technical knowledge, I send you the link to download the Service Manual of your Onkio and know which integrated circuit to replace
But, I suggest you look for a specialized technical service
I hope you can solve the problem, comment the results
Greetings Franco Dosil

Saludos Franco Dosil

Onkyo HT-R510

have you tried to reset it to factory defaults yet? If it has a vcr button on the front, then hold the vcr button and press power...it should say reset on the front. Might not help, but worth a try.

I have an Onkyo Hts - 580 Theater in a box sytem. Lately I noticed no output from the front left speaker, alos no output when test tone is used. Pkease help.

you might want to switch the speakers that youre using. e.g front left put it to front right and vice versa to isolate if the speaker has the issue or the amplifier terminal.
if the left speaker works on the other terminal then its a terminal issue.

Check to make sure that Speaker B is not pushed. It's on the front panel on the bottom left.
