You'll have to verify security info about your account so that Yahoo can be sure you're the account owner.

I have never seen an email address with two .coms...
One is usually sufficient.

If you have no alternate email address go to gmail.com or myway.com and create an account for an alternate email.

It seems that yahoo has been upgrading their servers and in the process many people are getting the same error as you.
In the mean time you can use the following link to access your email:

It should work with that link assuming you have a us yahoo account.

Some people find this works. Try this log out, change your e-mail password and log back in.

Check to see if you have entered your email ID & password correctly. If so & if this keeps bothering you then it looks like someone has hacked into your Yahoo Mail Account and changed the password. You better get in touch with the officials at Yahoo. They might have a better answer and also a solution for your problem. Don't worry. This happens all the time. The way to avoid it is to keep a long and confusing password (not confusing to you but to a hacker) and keep changing it every 15 to 20 days.
Also keep an alternate email ID on another email service provider like gmail or rediffmail or whatever. This will help you in many ways. For example if you forget your password for your yahoo account then you can opt for Forgot Password... and redirect the yahoo server to send it to your second or alternate email account and vice versa. But this can only be possible if, while registering fro the first time, you have submitted the alternate email id to yahoo. In case, God willing, your yahoo mail starts again then go to the settings in the My Account page and give an alternate email id. But make sure that the alternate email id you give them, exists.
