My desktop with motherboard intel M909G and winxp as OS was formatted and reinstalled. After installation; it's been difficult to get the VGA driver since i have misplaced my system CD. Pls help out

It's pretty old board. The drivers seem to be quite limited. Id this a PCCHIPS board(red in color)? They don't show any support for WIN XP at all. There may be one you can try through Intel, you have Intel 845GV chip and Intel graphics.

The IEGD with CED For 845, fourth in list, may work for you. You may want to consider getting an AGP graphics card, if you get a Radeon HD, you can get video and sound through the card.
