My stepfather left his window open during a rainstorm on the drivers side. Now The window will not budge, it will not go up or down. The car is fine but it is an electric window. Theare cables in there is there something we shoeld do with them? How do we fix it?

open bonnet stand infront of car look between the boddy and engine on the left to the bottom of the engine. see the starter round shiney close to the engine. enjoy Willem
Very common they are renown for immobiliser and central locking gremlins. the best advise i or anyone else could give you is dont buy one please save your money. Regards Ben
Yes my frend open the bonnet and stand infront of the car, on the left hand side between the engine and the boddy there is a black round container with pipes going into it. next to the container there is a vacume switch, 99% of the time this pipes going into the switch is brohen or the pipe is leaking.
