What do you mean? Is the progress bar stuck at 60%?
Have you installed OS 3.0 recently?
There is a major bug in the 3.0 OS which does permanently brick TI-Nspire calculators on the 2nd booting of the new OS.

It's impossible to repair without a special external hardware. You've
got to contact TI-Cares and ask for a replacement calculator.
TI has just removed OS 3.0 from its servers today. This should have been done much sooner...
