I cant delete photos from the internal memory

Select play photo files on the camera. then hit the trash can logo, delete them from there.

If you have the camera try using image recovery software

You can recover deleted photos from camera with this
1. Do not take any new photos into your camera.
2. Connect it with computer.
3. Download photo recovery software, recommend one is Tenorshare Photo Recovery (simply because i was using it and it worked)

4. Install and open the program, select your memory drive, and click 'Start' button to start scanning process which will find your deleted photos.

You will have to delete some photos.
If your current storage is set to memory card, you have to set it to internal memory before deleting photos.
Use the delete function in the camera menu.

Remove the card, go into the menu and find "format"...follow the on-screen instructions to erase the internal memory.

open the message and go to the options, it should let you view just the picture then save it to your phone and if you need to got to the media album and move it to the memory card... i have done this 2day and it works but have deleted my inbox so i cant say exactly which part lets you view it, hope it helps :-)

Click review and then click delete it will ask if you want to delete all memory including internal click yes on "all photos and video" and this should clear it. Good Luck

You cant delete the folders as the camera makes them to store photos , when you just connect the memory stick without the camera into a card reader you can delete the photos .However the 2 folders are there because 1 is used to store the internal memory pictures and the memory stick or you might have created another folder by changing the path of storage
