Kenmore vacuum series 200 brush won't spin

Hi, it's Jeremy from Crucial Vacuum.

There are a few potential solutions you should try. First, check your vacuums brushroll. It may simply be jammed and if so just remove any debris that is preventing it from spinning. If that does not work the issue may be related to your brushroll bearings. Try removing the brushroll assembly and clean all the debris from the brushroll bearing.
If this does not work, the issue may be related to your vacuums belt. Over time the belt can become stretched out, broken, or simply fall off. If the issue is related to your belt, you will need to purchase a replacement belt.

It says prime and won't do anything

Hi, it's Jeremy from Crucial Vacuum.

There are a few potential solutions you should try. First, you should try to re-seat your water tank. Do this by removing the tank from the Keurig and then simply attach it to the machine again. Make sure there are no water bubbles in the tank when you reattach it because this can sometimes lead to a "prime" message. If this does not work, the problem may be that your tank is dirty. Remove the tank from the Keurig and empty it of all the water. Make sure to clean all of the outlets in the tank thoroughly. Then fill the tank with water again and attach it to your Keurig.

I hope this was helpful. If you would like further assistance, please feel free to give us a call at 877.750.9239. We have helpful and friendly customer care representatives on the line ready to assist you.

Kenmore ultra wash dishwasher leaks from the bottom of the door edge

You electic water valve is sticking open, they get sand etc in there, and can not close, and will not shut the water input off. Do you have city water, or your own well water? Very common problem with well water, sand will clog the return of the water valve from shuttin off the water. Easy to check if you can shut the power off, and water off. dis-assemble the water inlet valve( first thing the input warter goes to)

Kenmore 80 - water leak not from hoses - could it be the pump?

Hi Gleen you probably need to remove the rear cover to expose the in side of machine.
Note if you could post a model number I could tell you for sure what would be the best way get to the pump.

Kenmore coldspot - How do you remove the ice maker box to clean

I have the exact same Kenmore and exact same model #77292798. It's the top freezer model with ice maker. Here's what I did:

Empty everything in the freezer.
Turn water to ice maker off from source behind unit.
Remove bottom panel (two screws)
Every screw in the freezer is the exact same size. I used a screwdriver style socket and, I think
this works the best.
Remove ice maker (4 screws) and unplug from socket.
Remove rear panel (2 screws).

My freezer was loaded with ice underneath the bottom panel. The ice scraped away easily. There is a tin pan underneath the coils that drains toward the middle where the drain hole is. Again, my freezer was full of ice beneath this tin pan and, I had to scrape away. You may be tempted to try and remove the coil because it would be easier to get to drain hole. I tried this and, it did no good. Don't try it. Once all the ice was scraped away, I realized that the drain hole was plugged with ice. I used boiling hot water and used a squeeze bottle to pour the hot water into the drain hole. I then wrapped a paper towel around a thin screwdriver and used that to soak up the now cold water in the drain hole. After doing this a dozen times or so, the drain finally cleared.

Then, reassemble. This was a much easier task than I thought it would be and, will take care of it much quicker next time.
