My Dell Monitor E772P Control menu keeps showing on all the time and dont disappears plz tll how to get rid of this menu.

OMG (oh my golly gee wiz) its a freak'n CRT monitor 2005 or older.
a BLAST from the PAST and wow still glows.

and are not up to googling it finding it and reading it sure.
we have answered this 100 time here, (search much) no.
most monitor ever made If you push the menu button on said monitor for 10 long seconds it unlocks.
the manual clearly covers this.
ok I read you manual and the word lock is not there, nor seconds.
if control menu is stuck (locked means other things)
of stuck as in in this screen stuck that means the menu button is bad.

The answer is no. this is an OLD Dell CRT monitor that does not have speakers.

I fit is in warranty please get a call logged get the Toll free no for your region on the official dell website ,

One of the menu switches is getting shorted automatically it has to be replaced .

It's not a very good solution, but you can open the monitor and disconnect the button-panels plug on the mainboard. Afterwards the buttons don't work any more (surprise) but the control panel disappears.

Power it off then back on again. Settings box should close.

is hardware problem, the power supply is malfuntion, needs to be checked by a tech.

maybe the potetiometer inside ur monitor has a problem or the picture tube
