I recently updated my psp 3000 to Version 6.38, and once the update was installed, my Action Replay PSP data was gone and i had later found that it was Corrupted. i formatted the memory stick more than once, and tried to install the AR on the psp again, but when it starts to download it say "Server error - Can't continue" i tried to install an AR update through my psp's web browser but it still doesnt download. I used the AR PSP Online Disc version.

Hi your psp version needs to modify to run iso format of psp games.. that version was made to run game through UMD only. theres way to make your PSP run iso games >>>> update your OFW (official firmware) to 6.20 version >>>>www.psp-hacks.com using that link you can find there on how to patch the pro-b4 to make your PSP run ISO like standard PSP 2000.

Should install now ;)...but now there is a new problem. When you use cheats the screen goes black and psp turns off! Just when you think it's working, BAM!!! New problem

Make sure the PSP is not blocking that action replay. Because if there is firmware that bans that action replay then you might want to downgrade to a previous firmware where the action replay is allowed. If that does not work then there is something wrong with the action replay

you have to wait until datel dising fixes the problem because now with the psp version in 6.30 and 6.31 the action replay psp is not compatible with the system update ok...

well if its a 3000 ur out of luck, im sorry but you cant downgrade 3000, if you have a 2000 or below then you need a pandoras battry and only phat batterys can be pandorized and you need the necessary firmwares and custom firmwares,

try googling psp hacks.com go there they may help you as they update their site with new software that is coming out for the newer psps, not psp gos though

The psp 3000 and psp go are designed specifically to prevent this from happening. With each new update you install onto these systems there is new preventative software to ensure that this is not possible. Don't get me wrong there are a few hacks out there for some of the older versions. But I would strongly suggest NOT to do this because like I said before, the new updates (with preventative software) can potentially corrupt the data on the psp when installing a new update and render it completely useless. Usually the hack prevents any new updates from installing at all. While the older games will play just fine. When you try to play a newer game, that needs this updated software and the hack prevents new software updates being installed, you can not play it. And who does not want to play the newest game that comes out. Putting a hack like that on the psp also voids the warranty. Unless you know really well how use a hack like this and uninstall/rewrite/re-install this hack every time an update occures you will find yourself without your psp sooner than you would like.

If you updated to 6.30 or 6.31 then the action replay psp code version will not work. you will need to wait until codejunkies makes the action replay compatible. However if it is the action replay max psp, you really didn't need it because all it's for is downloading saves and converting videos. there are lots of places on the internet where you can find game saves or video converters.

It's your battery. Take out your battery from the psp and look on the back of it. If, at the top, it says PSP-S110 and at the bottom it says made in China, be bummed. That's what mine said and the codejunkies website warns about that battery. Dunno where to get a new one though. Hey, diagnosing the problem is half the battle. Good luck.
