The phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.

Have you tried updating your phone or installed a new software in the phone? If any of the case is true then please let me know so that I can answer out the query for you and accordingly give you the required solutions. So do reply fast as I am waiting for your response since your suggestion does count for us so that we can look at your problem. I know instead of giving solutions i am reverting back the question for you but do answer it.it is not to go nokia center I think it is better to report the phone to the service center of the nokia and they will advice you accordingly for the necessary suggestion for the problem. They will probably reflash the phone and give it you so there's a new phone for you. If your phones comes under warranty then I think they will give the service free of cost. I need to pair my bt2050 up to a new phone,it was originally paired wit another phone that i do not use anymore,im using a nokia x3 now and when im trying to find and pair up it says there is no device...

Hi Barbara,

Please follow the below steps, i hope your problem is resolved :-

  1. Make sure that your phone's blue tooth is out of hidden mode and , it now shows up as shown to all, in the connectivity settings.
  2. Make sure that you delete the pairing from the other phone , via it's blue tooth settings, if you are not using the phone and it's switched off , then you don't have to worry about it.
  3. Switch off the bluetooth and restart it , so that it's ready to accept new connections.
  4. Now go in your blue tooth option and search for a new paired device , it should reflect your Jabra blue tooth.
  5. If the above method does not work , sadly your phone does not support the Jabra blue tooth.
  6. You should also try connecting this blue tooth to someone else's nokia phone to check compatibility , if it's compatible with the other models, that means X3 is an exception to this compatibility.
Hope this helps.

My nokia n70 bluetooth is telling me unable to perfome bluetooth operation what is solution

Hi, Most Nokia phone all have similar problem about blue tooth operation failing.
What prompt "Operation failed" is when there an application on your phone , and an application your transferred through blue tooth or any other means has contacted Virus and it's affecting the blue tooth operation.

Solutions to this problem is to restore the blue tooth device back to normal by flashing the phone.

Flashing of phone restore back the lost or corrupted data on phones.To flash a phone, you will need to purchase a device used for flashing of phones. But to save you the cost of purchasing a flashing machine, i would advice you go to the nearest phone repair store around you for assistance. Skill personnel.

Thanks for using fixya..................

Bluetooyh not working

Hi,

the blue tooth has a solution.

It is in two ways.

Either the the blue tooth is not pairing well with other devices,

or

The blue tooth is corrupted.

When pairing phones together, make sure you pair the phone properly before you can use the blue tooth with other phones, because if you don't pair properly with another device, you will not be able to send or receive any data.

If the blue tooth is corrupted all you need to do is to flash the phone, that is the only way to restore the blue tooth back to be working.

Have a nice day.

I am trying to program my nokia 2600 phone to my motorla h700 blu

First of all, the Nokia 2600 is not a blue tooth phone.

If you should get a Nokia phone that supports blue tooth your best bet would be to make sure any previously paired devices are turned off.

Then make sure that blue tooth is enabled on your phone. For most Nokia models its as follows;

Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Bluetooth > Bluetooth On

Then attempt to put your device in pairing mode.

Return to;
... > Bluetooth > Search Audio Enhancements

If your phone supports Bluetooth the phone should and device should pair after you enter the pairing pin, usually 0000.

Johnny_Nh, to answer your question, different Models are equipped with blue tooth when they are manufactured. Also, there are different versions of bluetooth, 1.0 and 2.0. If you have an older phone supporting Bluetooth 1.0 you will not be able to use a bluetooth 2.0 headset.
