hi is the phone asking for the securitt code when you switch it on if it is then i can give you a code but this code only works if the wrong code has not been entered more than 5 times if it has then you need flash lead and unlocking software. If not then give me your imei number off back of phone under battery it looks like 123456/12/23455 its 15 numbers long give me this then i can get you a code that resets the master code to what it was new usually 12345 or 1234 or 0000 anyway it removes the code so the phone doesnt ask you for it let me know ok
was the unit new or was it a demo? if it was new in a box I would take it back to where you purchased it from and exchange it. some decks the code can be reset such as the case you bought a used car ect., and others you need to replace the code IC in either case you will need to contact jensen custmer service or get the technical schmatic.
