3 days ago I was playing fifa 08 on my psp 3000 then I put it down for 5 minutes to update my facebook status on my mobile phone. All was well until I picked up the psp and noticed red dots on the screen I tried to switch it on and then off(for several hours even) but the spots are still there. Im confused at why this happend I never dropped it or do anything stupid to my console please help.

SONY products and Facebook does not play well together. Mostly because of the constantly updating of the FLASHPLAYER codex, and SONY products like the PSP and PS3 can not be updated.

FIRST YOU HAVE TO READ THE REQUIRMENT OF THE FIFA GAME BECAUSE WHEN THE REQUIRMENT WAS NOT COMPLETED THEN YOU HAVE TO FIX THIS FIRST YOU TELL U HAVE ALL THE REQUIRMENT FOR THIS GAME? AND YOU HAVE TO UPDATE YOUR PSPS SOFTWARE ALSO THEN IT WILL SURELY RUN

What you need to do is contact your local service provider (e.g mine was Mobilicity) and then tell them that you're having trouble receiving a confirmation code from Facebook. They should be able to fix the problem, because I received my confirmation code right after.

(By the way, you can only use your cell phone number once, because you're only supposed to have one account, according to Facebook)

You could also use the calling option, and have Facebook call you to send you the verification code.

DON'T use your home phone number for these options, because if you need to verify your account again, they will automatically text you with the number you gave them and tell you to type in the confirmation code

The PlayStation Network is down at the moment. This started 2 day ago. Sony Entertainment is working on this. The code is from Sony and nothing to do with you system. No update yet from SONY when the problem will be fixed but they're doing their best to fix this ASAP.

There may be 2 reasons..

1. Installation problem.. Try uninstalling the game and reinstall again..

2. Your game require a graphic card. make sure your pc is having one. and make sure your pc meet all the minimum requirements to play the fifa 08 game..

Here are the minimum system requirements for running FIFA 08:

• Operating Systems: Windows XP SP2, Windows 2000 SP4 or Windows Vista (Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME and Windows NT 4.0 are not supported)
• Processor: 1.3 GHz
• RAM: 512 MB
• Video Card: DirectX 9.0c Compatible 3D accelerated 64 MB video card or equivalent . Here’s the list of supported chipsets

The psp 3000 and psp go are designed specifically to prevent this from happening. With each new update you install onto these systems there is new preventative software to ensure that this is not possible. Don't get me wrong there are a few hacks out there for some of the older versions. But I would strongly suggest NOT to do this because like I said before, the new updates (with preventative software) can potentially corrupt the data on the psp when installing a new update and render it completely useless. Usually the hack prevents any new updates from installing at all. While the older games will play just fine. When you try to play a newer game, that needs this updated software and the hack prevents new software updates being installed, you can not play it. And who does not want to play the newest game that comes out. Putting a hack like that on the psp also voids the warranty. Unless you know really well how use a hack like this and uninstall/rewrite/re-install this hack every time an update occures you will find yourself without your psp sooner than you would like.

Erase the save file you have and do it all over it again. It should tell you when you first play the (no save data) game waht level you want to play in.

make sure that you are running on a custom firmware. 3.9 M33-2 to play cso or iso games on your psp. If you are running on official firmware you may have to downgrade then reupdate using custome rfirmware

make sure you have the latest software update.

The first check the version you are running on psp, >> Go to the PSP Menu and move across to the "Settings Menu". Scroll down, select to "System Settings" >> "System Information" and you should see version of your PSP. If the UMD has a high version than ur console, u need to update ur psp.
