If your using win vista some printer programs will not function properly. go to the manufactuers website and find a download for the drivers. if your useing and older version of win. then uninstall the program unhook your printer, restart your system and try again. if the dll does not come up then i would contact the manufacturer or go to the website and find another install download.

Give the instruction i already download d3dx9_26.dll and i already download direct x but still did not play help me by practices

If you installed the relevant dll from a 3rd party site, uninstall it. The appropriate dll may be included on the installation disk. If it is not, you will want to install the latest version of DirectX. Sometimes, Microsoft does not number such versions. Regardless, if you do not find it on the installation disk, get the latest DirectX version from the Microsoft site. Choose to install it from SAFE MODE. If this does not work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game or program. If that does not work, you might try updating the video card drivers. The freeware program Speccy should identify the video card. Usually, you go to the primary device's (laptop manufacturer's) website for driver, rather than using 3rd party driver installers. Note that the most compatible dll version is likely on the installation disk. Any changes in installation may not be recognized or registered until reboot. You can also try directly extracting the d3dx9_26.dll file individually from the latest DirectX package and installing it into your currently used version via Safe Mode.

Trying to install Lexmark X1150 on my XP computer and getting messages that it requires lxbkcfg.dll and lxbkdr5c.dll.

First, unplug the printer from your computer.
Then uninstall any programs for it from Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
Go to Lexmark's website and find the support section.
Look for drivers and downloads for your printer.
Select the Windows XP driver, download it and install it.
Only connect your printer when the installation prompts you to connect it or when the install has completed.

Good luck! If this helps please vote for my solution.

I am unable to install the printer onto my old

Try to download the printer driver on the web and run it to your PC so that you don't have to insert the disk.

The operating system has been corrupted by virus. You have to reformat the PC and re-install operating system which you use.
Only then your printer driver will work properly.
In this case your usable dada may be lost.

Unable to print or scan with HP Photosmart 2575 to new Vista

That means that the printer software installation is corrupted.

You need to reinstall the drivers for this printer.

If you have original printer disk, use the disk to reinstall the printer.

If you have misplaced the disk, then you can download driver from link below:

HP Photosmart 2575 All-in-One Printer

Run installer file after download has finished.

Start driver installation with printer USNB unplugged, the printer setup wizard will tell you when to connect the printer to computer.

Set the printer as default when asked.

Printer will not install

The follow procedure requires driver setup.
Ensure first that you have the original disk for your printer, if you do not have it, then download printer driver from Brother: DCP-330C: Downloads: Drivers.

Start unplugging all cables from printer and also unplug computer power cable.

Restart computer with printer unplugged.

On computer go to Control Panel installed printer and remove printer.

On printer, open all doors, look for paper stuck inside and for foreign objects.

Plug back printer to power but not to USB yet, if it flashes red already then the printer is faulty.

On computer, run the Printer software installer from disk or from download. Start driver setup with printer USB not connected.

When asked by software setup wizard connect the printer USB.

Try procedure above twice.

If still no luck the printer is defective, in that case call the phone number listed on the owner manual.

Good luck.

HP Officejet 5610 All-in-one Installation trouble

I used the live chat feature on HP's website. They guy I talked to reminded me very simply that the disk I was using to try and install the printer software did not support Windows Vista, which i what my computer is operating. He gave me a website and I downloaded and installed the Vista version of the printer software. I works perfect now!

(I'm sorry I can't remember the software, but live chat is great and they should be able to give it to you right away if you ask for it. Or you could always google it)
