Can you tell me if the light flashes constantly without stopping? or does it flash for a minute then stop? Please respond to this same post and I will assist you with the problem.

The DM modul is bad. Replace all 1000mF/16V capacitors( be careful with the polarity). After replacing capacitors conect to AC power. Waith about 1min. Green flashing will stop. Turn ON tv. The modul is on the raight hand side next to the main board.
generally this means a bad digital module.. as a techinican the first thing that we would check are what is know as standby voltages. if they were there we would replace digital module.! question. Does it blink for more than 70 seconds. This unit comes with a lockout feature. to unlock press and hold menu down for 10 seconds on front panel.
Check C9B01, C9B02, C9B10, and C9B11 (1000 UFD 16) on the DM PCB, if they are bad replace them with part # 181P734030..if they are ok then the DM pcb itself is bad part # 934C067002
does the light blink for more than 70 secounds? if it does go off after 70 seounds the keyboard lockout feature may be engages to unlock press and hold menu on keyboard for 10 secounds. If the set contiunes to blink after 70 secound after plug in then you maye have power issues or a possible bad digital board
