I have the Audiovox SIR-PNP3 Sirius Satellite Radio for my car, but I have no instructions on how to install it. Do you know where I can find the installation instructions?

The cradle connects to the cigarette lighter connection for power. There is a connection for the Magnet mount antenna which sticks to the roof. The radio can output a radio frequency signal which you can tune your fm radio to receive. It has a number of frequencies to choose from so you can try to find one that is quiet and works best.
There was a car kit and a boom box that were made for the sir-pnp3. I do have both. It allows one to move the radio from the car to a home.
Search for the sir ck3 adapter. It is available on amazon. http://www.amazon.com/Audiovox-SIR-CK3-SIR-PNP3-Satellite-Receiver/dp/B0006FZYJ6
I use a wired fm modulator that the fm antenna passes through. When the sirius radio is on it blocks the regular fm signal preventing local signals from interferring. Do a search for wired fm modulator and you should find one. Mine actually fit inside the dash on my pickup.
It depends when you bought the lifetime subscription. The rules changed. Post and follow this link. It seems to cover your question:

Looks like people are selling them on ebay for about $7.

You need to find a clear radio frequency in your area then in the SIRIUS sat radio you will find a FM transmitter frequency adjustment menu. set it to the same as your fm radio and your all set.
Yes, many of the channels are now the same and you will pay a little bit more for an additional package called "Best of XM" to add some XM-specific channels to your Sirius radio.
TWIST OPEN THE END OF THE CIGARETTE LIGHTER ADAPTER AND YOU'LL FIND A GLASS FUSE IN IT. BE CAREFUL THERE MIGHT BE A SPRING IN IT THAT HOLDS FUSE DONT LOOSE IT.
When mine goes time I squeeze the radio downward into the cradle and it lights back up.
Might be a weak connection. I'll have to hit it with contact cleaner sometime to see if it helps.
