The heel on one of my Onex shoes split and I cannot wear these anymore. How can I get it repaired by Onex?

Hello, Georgia -

According to the History section of the Onex Shoes web site,
http://www.onexshoes.com/history/
it seems that the parent company for Onex Shoes is:
Onnik Shoe Company, Inc.
11443 Chandler Blvd
North Hollywood, CA, 91601
(Source: D&B Hoovers [a division of Dun & Bradstreet], a well-respected business intelligence company,
http://www.hoovers.com/company-information/cs/company-profile.onnik_shoe_company_inc.aafa9af7835d85c3.html# )

The only phone number I could find for the company (found on the above cited web page) is:
(818) 506-5353

I suggest you call the telephone number I found. (Call during weekday business hours, Pacific Time.) Ask to be connected with Customer Service. If there is no Customer Service department ask to speak with someone in the company about how to get your shoes repaired.

If the company does not provide any repair service for its shoes, if you have not already done so, check with a shoe repair business in your area to find out if they can repair the heel of your shoe.

Personal opinion: I find it odd that the Onex Shoes web site has no "Contact Us" link.

If you are unhappy about your Onex shoes and an inability to get the shoe heel repaired, you can post your complaints about the company on several web sites:
P*ssed Consumer (TinyURL link):
https://tinyurl.com/z4hb3x
and
Ripoff Report:
https://www.ripoffreport.com/

Plus, you can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for Los Angeles, California:

Phone number for onex shoes

A lot of people have asked the same question. There is no phone number or address listed on the web sites.
That may be a good business case not to get this brand!

I have a pair of Enzo Angiolini cobalt blue pumps. The heel on one shoe is very loose and ready to break. I cannot find anyplace locally to repair it. Is there someplace I can send it to be repaired?

a home fix:
1- contact cement
2- C clap
3- 2 small pieces of wood one of which should fit inside at the heel

spread the cement on both surfaces let set for about 5-10 minutes till cement is tacky, press together, put a piece of wood on the bottom of the heel and one inside, hold in place with the C clap, leave over night, should out last the shoe, hope this helps

The heel of my 2" wedge Onex heel literally disintegrated while I was walking. Does someone have a customer service phone number to report the problem? Store where I purchased them was not helpful.

I can't help you with the phone number you want but you might be interested to know under the general rules of Common Law your contract is with the retailer who sold the defective shoes and not with the manufacturer or importer. While this doesn't mean the manufacturer is going to be unhelpful and mostly they do help a lot, it does mean the manufacturer is not contractually obliged to be helpful whereas the retailer is legally obliged to sell goods that are fit for the intended purpose, that are of merchantable quality and represent value for money.

I strongly suspect there will be a department in your local government offices that will be pleased to know which retailers are helpful and which aren't.

The very least the retailer can do under the circumstances will be to provide the important phone number, though a respectable store would do much more even if not contractually obliged to do so.

I suggest you make no secret to your friends and family of the reasons why you will never shop there again in the hope they will follow suit. Bad service and a bad attitude should be properly rewarded...

Good luck!

I have a pair of Onex zebra 2 inch heel sandals that I have worn infrequently. Today the plastic base cracked in half on the left shoe. I have pictures.

Did you take them to a shoe repair shop? They would possibly be able to fix them. Since the photos are not here, I do not know the type of damage done.

Stuff like that happens in dreams! You can take them to a shoe repair shop and get them fixed -especially the heel.

How can I get my husbands Stonefly shoes re heeled?

Stonefly's comfort technology seems to be mostly sole-based.

For a simple heel replacement, head over to your local Cobbler or Shoe Shop.

For more complex repairs, contact
