hi, this is a very common problem you need to delete any inbox/ outbox/ saved messages/ sent messages/drafts delete all the messages you can and dont need to keep.
You can also free up loads of memory by deleting all the ringtones you dont use as most people never use the ringtones you get free with the phone so delete all these that your never going to use as this will free up loads of extra memory.
You can also delete and pictures on the phone that you dont want as these also take up loads of memory but the biggest use of memory is ringtones so deleting all of these will free up loads of memory allowing you to recieve hundreds of messages.
Let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok
You should first delete files in your phone gallery manually before you go to your inbox. Delete pictures, videos or something that you don't need in your phone memory. Restart your phone to refresh the system.
Hope this could help you alot Thanks..
The k700i internal memory isn't very large. When your memory is full, you have to delete the messages. You could delete pictures also as they take alot of room. So do songs and vids.
If you want to save them to your Sim card follow these instructions.
-Save messages to Sim
That should do it.
1st Open new sms click 'Inbox'
select new folder
create a name for your folder
click save, click done
select folder name you want the MMS to be saved to
repeat for each one
same for MMS & emails
Once you have all your folder names you can
choose one folder name and put all marked into same folder if you wish.
They will go onto your phone memory by default.
MMs & email you can choose whether phone or memory stick is your new folder location.
Hope this helps
One final comment when it says memory full it applies to your Inbox not genrally your phone.
