Try removing and then reconnect the monitor cable from your pc then try again to start it. If it doesn't work, Did you do something that might cause this problem to the computer? Did you hear some unusual beeps as you turned on the pc?

Check your computer to make sure it is actually sending out a signal. You can do this by hooking up another working monitor. If the other monitor works, there maybe a problem with the original monitor and it may need to be sent for service repair.

My vs19 monitor will not come on. says vga input/ no input signals and then goes to sleep. I checked all connections and all are ok. Happened about 2 months ago but has worked fine since. Is there a way...

It's not your monitor. It's your computer.
If you see a display on the monitor, it means it's working. (and you do)
Your computer is not sending a signal to the monitor. If you are working with a laptop, you can just press the Fn key/special function key combo to send the signal to the external monitor.
If you are using a desktop, then you need to do some troubleshooting.

Hi I have a syncmaster b2430 which has been great for a few months. All of a sudden it seems to be unable to get the signal from my CPU. It goes from hdmi to analog to digital and just flashes a screen...

First check to make sure that your cable is connected securely to both your monitor and your PC. IF it is, then try and boot your computer into safe mode with networking to see if you can get the monitor to work in that mode. This will only load the most basic VGA driver and should work. If it does then go to your graphics card manufacturers site to see if you have the latest driver for your card. If you do not then following the instructions on their website download and install their latest driver. If that doesn't resolve the issue then you will have to take your PC and monitor into your local repair shop as one of those components has stopped working.

I got this monitor off of craigslist "because it didn't work". The VGA has never worked, but the DVI worked fine for several months. Recently, the screen goes black, the screen shows a 'no...

Check the VGA output pins on your computer. Install a different monitor and see if it works on your computer. Or it could also be the VGA cable (pins) on the monitor is loose.

The picture board on your monitor is malfunctioning, since the power led or button is on and it randomly stop the dispaly signals, it means the picture board of your monitor has developed fault.

The best thing for you to do now is to take the monitor to a local repairer within your vicinity to help with the replacement of the picture board because the fault is not something you can fix yourself, in order not to complicate issues.

Take care.

Monitor goes to sleep no input signal only 1 mo old

Normaly the monitor is not picking up the signal from the PC, it could be VGA cord is not connected, faulty, or the video card is faulty,or the monitor is not compatible to the PC. It could be one of my suggestions. Trouble shoot by connecting your monitor to another working PC and see what happens. If not the VGA cord is faulty and not picking up signal from the PC. Hope it helps.

No Input Signal

Dont Panic it is Nothing...
Your Monitor is safe...
If it say "no Input signal" - "Check VGA cable"

it means that the Monitor is finding signals from the computer, and the cable is either not connected or unsecurely connected.
