Please help. I have Toshiba e-studio Printer. when i first bought it home connected it with PC by usb port. it work very well. Sometime later I re-install new window (XP2003), and this time i do as i used to, by connect with usb port. install driver, all step exactly done the same. but MY PRINTER NOT PRINT. WHEN I ORDER PRINT, THE PRINTING DATA LIGHT FLASH JUST ONE TIME ONLY AND NOTHING HAPPEN. PLEASE KINDLY HELP ME AN EXPERT

Hello

Due to the fact that you reinstalled a new windows, the firmware of the machine has to be updated.
To bypass your problem you will have to reinstall the old version of windows, or as i say update the machines firmware.
If you dont know how to do the firmware update, you will need a experienced technician to do it for you.
If it is not done correctly you could cause damage that could render the machine useless.

locate the usb printer port at the side of the machine.If u have a driver cd then run and connect the machine to pc when asked for through usb printer cable.That's it.If you dont have the driver cd then go to toshiba website and download the same for your operating system specific.

Printer is not detected by the computer after connecting the printer to the computer.I have installed the printer driver but still there is no respond from either the computer or the copier
Please change the USB cable and plug it to another USB Port on your computer and restart the computer.

Make sure that printer is ON while re-starting computer.

the reason the printer button dont work can be several things have you got the printer boards and snanner board fitted if so hte reason it cant connect is you also need fthe gateway address .. this is the ip of the router..the signal for printing has to pass through this to and from the computer to the network card in the copier..

Does your estudio 250 have the "print option" installed? Most newer Toshiba copiers have the parallel port on the machine, however it has to be enabled by adding a print kit or print option.
