I have 4gb micro sd card whin i format it show me 3.69 gb

1 GB = 1024 MB (mega bytes)
1 MB =1024 KB (kilobytes)
1 KB = 1024 bytes
1 GB = 1024*1024*1024 bytes
1 GB = 1073741824 bytes

But manufacturers count 1GB as 1000000000 bytes, so it's normal that a sd card which advertise being 4GB is in reality 3.7GB (4000000000 / 1024 / 1024 / 1024 = 3.72 GB).

Ma memory card memory 2gb has convert to 0 bytes ,plz help me my email; [email protected]

Put the memory card back into your computer or card reader and open My Computer. Right click on the card once it is recognized and choose format. When the format box comes up, look at the capacity. It should show around 1.89GB on a 2GB card. If it shows zero, your card could be bad.

My SanDisk Cruzer Gator 4GB is not working. When

The filesystem appears to be corrupted. Try right-clicking the drive's icon, going to Properties, Tools and Check Disk. If that doesn't help the partition that holds the data may be unreadable, and if that happens try asking a data recovery service if the data is important.
