The needle series is 130/705H the size depends on the fabric as a rule of thumb 80/12 for cotton 70/10 for silk 100/16 denim needles for heavy woven etc also the needles are available in stretch, leather, sharps (for micro fibre) etc.

SOURCE: no manual available, used Juki 09 Q , needle broke

Go here for the manual for your machine. It is a pdf file which is read by Adobe Acrobat, also free and probably already on your computer http://www.jukihome.com/downloads/manuals/TL98QE_InstructionManual.pdf

Need to remove the needle of a Unicorn industrial machine,I need help

You can use any needle of the same length that fits. Unicorn is an unknown make in North America, so this link might work better for you than it does for me.

What size needle do I need for a brother db2 755 mk3?

Contact your local Brother dealer. They carry the needles you need for your machine. The needles should all be the same length for your machine. If you continue to have issues with your machine, be sure that you ALWAYS RAISE the presser foot when threading the top thread. If there are still more problems, you may have knocked the machine out of time when it broke the needle.

What size needles fit a Rex 26-188 walking foot machine?

16x63 needle system, unless it's been retimed for something else. Suggest you might want to find the dull, bent up or otherwise still intact needle and show it to your industrial supplier or repair person, so they can check for you.
Needle system tells you about the length and timing distance of the needle: see, e.g.: http://designer-entrepreneurs.com/blog/illustrations/Singer_Needle.pdf Size tells you about the diameter of the needle: here's a suite of home sewing machine needles, all of the same needle system, but one of the photos shows a comparison of sizes:

I have a juki mo 2512 and both needles broke need to know how I replace them?

I have a Juki MO103, on mine, I have to take a screw driver and loosen a screw on each of the needle bars to remove and replace the needles.

My machine requires two different sized needles so make sure you know what needles you need.

My needle broke. I replaced it. Now when I lower the needle to grab the bobbin thread it is hitting something. I have taken the bobbin case out and put it back in but it still wont work. Any suggestions? ...

It sounds to me like you have replaced the broken needle with one that is too long (wrong size).Check your manual for the proper needle size and look through your collection, or head down to the local sewing shop and pick up a new pack of proper sized needles. Now if the needle you replaced the broken one with is the same size, you most likely didn't loosen the set screw up enough and therefore didn't slide the needle up far enough before locking it in. Double check this.

Good Luck!

I am sewing a quilt and my needle is in the right place but it keeps breaking. Please help. Also, the thread break often.

here are something you might check
upper thread breaks
1.top tension to tight
2.thread to thick or to fine for needle
3.needle not inserted correctly
4.thread caught on something-spool pin, tension area
5.needle damaged
6.needle thread is not threaded properly

Needle breaks
wrong size needle for fabric
wrong foot is attached
needle clamp screw is loose

also check for lint & pieces of broke needle under the needle plate
also the bobbin case area -take the bobbin & case out & check for pieces of broke needle

here is a tip about needle & thread
Cut 6-8 inch piece of thread of the spool you are going to use for your project
Take the needle you are going to use for the project
& insert the thread thru the eye of the needle
& lift one end of the thread to a 45 degree angle
& if the needle is the right size for the thread it will slide down the thread
But if the needle hangs on the thread you need one size larger needle for the thread

Needle Size.

I usually use Kenmore needles. I bought my machine through Sears and was told the needles were compatible. Otherwise I get the appropriate size for my fabric weight at JoAnn Fabric. As long as it has a flat back it will work fine.
