I'm sorry I looked everywhere for you. No luck. Cannon told me you have to contact a distributor of the C122 to get a manual. Hope this helps. Are you sure the model number is correct. Canon does make a image runner C1022. Is your copier a image runner, or laser class? Let me know. Thanks.

Please check the main thermistor TH1 has poor contact or open circuit.,the thermal switch is opened.In this case the fixing heater has opened and the SSR is faulty.
