Actually there isn't a driver for mac os developed for this adapter ..but ...I understood that for mac os 10.2 and newer ..the driver for any Belkin adapter is built in the operation system and it will be recognized automatically ..So either try to see if you have it ..and see what program will be associated with the adapter ..or ..if you running an older operating system ..try to upgrade if you really need to use this device ..

You are trying to install F7D4101 in your mac computer , which is not possible because its not compatible with Mac computers
There is no drivers for the Mac OS for this F7D4101 wireless adapter , its compatible only with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7
