I have [lenovo 3000 y410]laptop i change my operating system vista to w7 now i'm not getting Bluetooth driver audio driver key pad function also disable

Once you are on the website it would ask for your serial number. The serial number for an ideapad Y410 is located on the bottom of the system. Look for a white sticker then look for the S/N number. The serial numbers for a Y410 usually starts with CBU.
