I think you have minimum 2 problems with this machine. The leakage could be from the thermoblock, and you might have to change this. And, the watery coffee is from the grinder is worn out, this also needs to be changed.

Saeco USA V'spresso Automatic Espresso Machine is making my coffe too watery

It can be that the beans are just of weak taste. Also, you should be able to set your coffee to a smaller size, which means that less water will be added.

Why is coffee dispensed through only one spout on my saeco hd8763 coffee machine, and why is dreg drawer filled with water and not only coffee residu

First, I'm NOT a Saeco technician, But I have worked on similar machines.
*** You should contact your service vendor. Especially if it's still under warranty. The following is for information only.***
* The spout dispencing only on one side can be caused by an uneven table/counter. A clogged spout. and a crooked spout (got banged out of alighnment)
* Water in the dregs. Check if the pucks are watery or there is just water at the bottom of the tray?
* Watery pucks are from low coffee dose or low compression.
* Water in the tray is the overflow from one of the water systems.
* There are really no customer serviceable parts in this machine. Though there are a lot of adventurous people out there that like to tinker with this machine.
* again, call for service.

When I use the filter after a previous cup and it is still wet the coffee comes out very watery and undrinkable. When the filter is dry in the morning the coffee is perfect.

I'd suggest you try tamping with a bit more pressure, watery coffee is typically the result of water getting "around" the ground coffee as opposed to getting forced through it.

Shots too watery

1, Check the grind on the grinder. Imagine grounds as rocks and sand, if you are using rocks then the water will run too fast and with sand it will run too slow.
2, If using an automatic machine(water volumes are pre-measured), check to make sure that you are getting the correct volume(3ozs fro a 2ozs shot, and 4ozs for a 3ozs shot), an once of water stays in the coffee during extraction.
3, Adjust the tamp(packing pressure) of the coffee, fill the portafilter with coffee a little over the top, then level it out and tamp to the fill ring on the inside of the basket.

Leaking water from steamer

For the grouphead check the basket there might be a slight bump around the edge that is preventing it from making a good seal when it contacts the gasket in the head. If the Double works fine then the gasket is not the problem.
For the steam wand try flushing wand for 3 seconds just before steaming, if that does not help with the watery milk, then the boiler is not getting hot enough to produce steam.

Coffee maker leaking from bottom

I have had a few of these machines leak.
I pulled off the bottom and found Mr Coffee is using low quality tubing that melts or leaks where it attaches to the heater element that boils the water. I replaced the tubes with higher quality silicone tubing that I bought directly out of China on Ebay and the problem was solved.

Water Too Hot, Coffee Too Watery

Sounds like there is something wrong with the machine. Could be the thermostats or maybe something like an internal leak that is causing the machine to overheat. It sounds to me like you need someone to take a look at it..

Watery tasting coffee

Have you tried cleaning it with the 64 ounces of white vinegar?
Read your booklet if you still have it. Pour the vinegar in run it through until it ask for more water to be added and just let it sit overnight or at least 8 hours. Then flush it out with fresh water at least two or three of your water tanks should do it. Then give it a try again.
Just a suggestion if you haven't tried that yet. Hope it helps.

Vienna Deluxe Coffee Machine - Water doesnt heat up

indeed the heat sensor can be busted. Not a difficlult fix but time consuming as you need to get the whole machine appart.
Go to the saeco site and look in their parts list of your machine. It tels you the part number for the sensor. and you can order it anywhere.
Your boiler can be damaged too.
Kind regards eric
