Get some music playing on your computer and fiddle with which port you have them plugged into on the back of your computer. Failing that, make sure your sound drivers are installed AND enabled. Then call the PC manufacturer.
Completely uninstall the drivers for your soundcard. Go to the manufacturers website and download the most recent drivers/install. Install this (following the instructions from the manfactuere) on your computer. You should now find that when your speakers are turned on and you play a sound source, thigs should be ok.
After reinstalling/installing an Operating System you can lose the Audio Drivers or sometimes they just corrupt.. Try reinstalling the Audio Drivers from the disk provide with your P.C./Laptop. If you no longer have the disk just visit the website of the makers of your P.C./Laptop or Motherboard and download the Audio Drivers from there, after that install them.
Thumbs up please if this works for you, thanks..
Good day!
Did your computer installed the audio driver? Usually you know if you have installed the audio driver once you see a speaker icon at the bottom of your monitor or at the task bar. If not installed it first. If there is maybe the speaker was not activated, so you have to double click that icon, at dialog box will appear, click option then properties, activate the speaker.
Hope that solved your problem.
Thanks.

Try a headphone, if u cannot hear anything, you will need a driver for your soundcard. Post your computer model and i can get a link for download the drivers.
