Mouse not response.but battery is full.mouse light also shown.but pointer and left right click not work.

Don't throw the batteries away without testing them.. If they are good reinsert them and check if the problem is resolved. I no longer bother with the battery check, poor mouse response happens when the battery is low. I just pop out one battery and reinsert it. It never takes more than twice to make it behave :)

Have NWOMUMI buttons switched left does right and visa vera. Mouse in device manager doesnt highlight butto options for me to configure the buttons work configure button stays blank when I select an option...
make sure you have the right mouse selected
click start control panel mouse
open hardware tab make sure the wireless mouse is there

you might have to uninstall the mouse then restart your computer then reinstall the mouse and its drivers
make sure the battery is good (has full charge) also you might test the usb device for the mouse is inserted correctly into the usb port (if applicable) hope this helps
