Its wire harness must be checked (wire condition, bad or loose connections, ground connections etc.) Some experience is needed in electrical circuit repair otherwise better call a tech to troubleshoot and repair it.
I think ginko is right...you should replace whole panel it will be easier for you

Well some expert is giving out rubbish here, in service manual I have F7 : touchpad fail, Micromaster can you quit this quick placeholder posts pls. At least use google.
F7 is reported as error on touchpad, solution to this is either checking all touchpad contacts with a multimeter, or replacing the whole panel (much faster).

Well, if you do not like our solution ask more experts, I know some expert are a bit dodgy, we have much better than this.

The electronic control may not be set correctly. If the control is not programmed correctly the oven will not start and you will usually hear a series of beeps instead of the microwave starting. See your Use & Care Guide
