Shut power off and when turned on again. The beeeping resumes and the display shows "-F7-". After 15 to 20 seconds beeping stops, and display now shows time and "F1". Its wire harness must be checked (wire condition, bad or loose connections, ground connections etc.) Some experience is needed in electrical circuit repair otherwise better call a tech to troubleshoot and repair it.

The electronic control may not be set correctly. If the control is not programmed correctly the oven will not start and you will usually hear a series of beeps instead of the microwave starting. See your Use & Care Guide

Jenn-Air Range displaying Error F1-8

Did not find an error code "F1-8"
I did find these. Seems that about everything that can go wrong with a Jenn Air is related to the clock.

Convection cooking

Convection ovens are great for roasting!
I cooked a 15 lb  stuffed turkey in 2 hours in mine. And it was juicy and fab!
My auto degree set for convection  is 325.
I have a Jenn Air wall oven, so I don't know, it might be different for different brand.
Roast or bird should be in the middle of the oven. THe air has to circulate well to get best results.
I believe rule of thumb is a convection oven takes 1/2 LESS time than conventional.
Hope this helps.

Jenn-Air electric range

my jen-Air has a problem with it continuing to beep. Ive tried to get it to stop by pushing all the buttons. When I pust the off/cancel button it just keeps beeping. Tried the stop timer button and same thing. When I turn on either the bake or convection bake button it automatically just shuts off by itself. It is approx 10-13 years old. HELP, or please tell me to get a new one.

Beeping, flashing, oven door locked, display shows F-1

F1 Defective touch pad or membrane Replace touch pad or membrane (this problem is usually the touch pad) F1 Watchdog on board Replace touch pad or clock assembly (also called the ERC) BUT you also need to check the Oven Temperature Sensors The Oven Temperature Sensors should read room temperature, 70°F, the resistance is 1000-1200 ohms. make sure you pull off the wires to measure the sensor's resistance and it reads open it is bad. and you will have to replace it too. hope this helps.
