Have you tried to see if there is a better signal in different areas ? If so you may need to get something to boost the signal. Either a stand alone booster or a different card for the computer. Is it possible the battery is losing capacity to hold a charge, if the computer in question is a laptop?

Reset the router to factory settings and test. Please remember that security settings may be restored too here, so you may need to encrypt the signal. You will need to log into the router's configuration page in order to achieve these. Also try changing the channel in terms of broadcasting... and test again. I hope I have helped here. Good luck.

Lap top WI-FI does not work with this WBR-1310...no signal showing connections...however, did work a few days ago. Using HP laptop Pavilion.

Make sure you didn't accidentally hit or tap the wireless button as that shuts off all internet connecting abilities.

My WBR-1310 doesn't do wireless to my laptop.

theres a couple of version of this router http://www.dlink.com/products/default.aspx?pid=WBR-1310&tab=3 I'm using the manual from here http://www.dlink.com/products/?tab=3&pid=WBR-1310&rev=WBR-1310
on a working PC download and install this program http://www.xirrus.com/library/wifitools.php this will detect all the wireless signals being broadcast - see if the router is actually broadcasting - if it is detected on your PC then it may be that 1) the firewall is blocking access or 2) the security code is entered wrong - -log into the router and remove the wireless security and see if you can now detect

I am getting a signal from the wireless router but it will not go past acquiring signal.

Please clarify whether that is your home router or other outside of home. May be the router sets to Wireless MAC filter. Please confirm it first.

Thanks.

I have a D-Link WBR 1310 and i'm having issues with it. It started working fine but i leave for 3 months and all of a sudden it no longer works, Any help?

If your D-Link WBR 1310 is still under warranty, i suggest u to go to the place where u bought it... They know how to find the problems on your device... At least, if something needs to be replaced, they will replace it without any cost... simple right???

Everything on my D-Link WBR 1310 has been working fine for over a year. All of a sudden, it is not broadcasting on wireless. All the green icons are lite up except (((. I've powered off and pressed reset,...

Its frustrating when things go bad just past the warranty. However there is one thing you can try first.Try to find an update for the router's firmware. Then go into the router's administration, click on update firmware and browse for the firmware file you have downloaded. This will update the firmware and automatically restart the router. See if it fixes the issue. If it does not I'm afraid that you will have to get a new router.

Hopefully it works,
Sai.

D-LINK WBR 1310 ROUTER

Go the router setup page, 192.168.0.1, type admin as the user name and password as the password (default, if you have changed these use your login info).
Then on the wireless page change the SSID (router name).
You can also add a security key on this page.
