sounds like the battery has gone short and perhaps blown the fuse to protect it from further damage

i dont believe it can chagre via usb as usb only provides up to 5v of power you can buy from walmart a cheap ac to car adapter (makes your ac outlet a cig lighter adapter) and power it that way.

The manual says that this is a chage roller leak.
Means the the high voltage is arching to ground or drum somewhere....usually pinhole in chage roller

IN MOTOROLA PHONES, THE USB CHARGING OPTION SO WHEN YOU PLUGIN TO PC IT WILL CHAGRE AND ALSO CONNECT THROUGH YOUR MOTOROLA PHONE DRIVERS IF YOU HAVE TO INSTALL. SO TRY TO CONNECT YOUR PHONE THROUGH USB WITH DRIVER AND TRY TO CONNECT, IT WILL BE AND THEN SHARE YOUR PICS WITH IT.

The low side is located on the passengers side, way down by the wheel well. I know this because I tried to chage mine but the standard host that comes with the recharge kit is too short. I ended up having a garage do it. Hope this helps.

Hi have you tried to charge the phone What hapens ?

1. could be that the charger is not outputing the proper current an longer may need to purchase a new charger for the Cell Phone.

2 try to charge the battery in a different phone if possible maybe a friend has the same brand otherwise only one option left buy a new battery and chage it if it works then problem is fairly simmple
the old battery has reached the end of its life and will not charge !

Okay, there are a variety of reasons why this might happen but the best way to find out is to simply take out the battery but leave the AC adapter plugged in then turn on your computer.

-IF THE COMPUTER TURNS ON: then youre in luck. kinda. your new batter is a dud and you should get a free replacement from whomever you purchased it from.

-IF THE COMPUTER DOES NOT TURN ON: it is most likely the A/C cable. These can be bought online from the HP site or cheaper on Ebay. Although the AC cable is the most likely reason, please keep in mind it might also be a number of other not-quite-so-easy to fix problem.
