This has Dimplex standard wiring. You really need the full model number rather then '6900 Series'.

Yes this is very easy on the cheriton range of fires.... remove the coal, then remove two screws from the front of the coal holder... the whole brass coal holder will pull away from the machine. The bulbs (two of them) are located directly behind this, just behind the rotisserie flame effect. The flame effect can be pulled out of its holder to access the bulbs.

I had the same problem. One or more of the switches for the stove have melted and broken. You need to call Dimplex and request new switches. They should ship you out a 3 pack for free, and the pack will come with easy instructions for removing the bottom panel and replacing the switches.

Look at page 4. If this is not it, you would have to see if you are getting power off the circuit board to the heater, should be 120VAC. If not the board is bad. If you do get power, check the thermostat - if it's good (power going thru it) then the heater element is bad.
