It looks like your power supply might not be providing enough current to get the LCD to power up. This LCD needs about 3 to 4 amps to work properly.

Go to http://www.fixya.com/support/r741402-polaroid_flm_373b_lcd_tv_black_screen. Stiv0 posts the fix at the top, but go down about 10 posts or so and read mine (BlakeFromGa). I have some slight differences to my fix and a list of what you'll need.

More than likely. Most of the components on a camera that size are really really small. Even if you found the exact source replacing the part would be very difficult unless you've got experience and the proper equipment, not to mention to the correct replacement part.
How long ago did you purchase the camera?

Ok, So I found out after opening up my tv. That my transformer blew, but I cant find out where to buy a new transformer or a whole new power supply.
So I found a place that had my tv's parts. ShopJimmy.com, I ordered the new transformer and replaced it myself, It took 5 minutes to pull the old one and put in the new one. Tv works great!
