the water should be dispensed on a regular schedule just based on the basic programming within the fridge. Please lower the temperature of the fridge in order to check if the water can flow into the freezer as the only thing I could think of it that it somehow froze on the way in.
Hi - can't solve it but ours has started doing the same - ours will only work if the fridge temperature is selected to 9 C (press the button under ~Ref Temp until cycles round to 9C) then it controls to 9 - if the temperature is set to 5C then it seems to give up and goes back to 15 - don't know why but will investigate more

You probably have one of the following problems: A failed defrost system, meaning the defrost timer and/or element has gone out and your evaporator coil is frozen over; you are low on freon and this too will cause your evap coil to freeze over until the freon drops so low all cooling stops; . Unless you have gauges, a licence to buy freon and service valves (or a buddy with such) you are limited to what you can do. Here is my advice:1. unplug the frig and let it defrose over night, or unplug the frig and empty the freezer to remove the back cover to look for ice, a frozen fan and if so get your hair dryer out and melt the ice so you can test the fan and the defrost element (you will need a volt/ohm meter to do the element check. You can do it.
we checked the wire connections that run through the freezer door, along with the water line, under the fridge. we found that the white wire was badly corroded and not making contact with other connections in the terminal. we clipped the 3 pin wire harnesses from each end, and stripped the ends of the wires. we reconnected blue-blue, white-red, and black-black, using sodder. we then insulated each connection with electrical tape, and used electrical tape to shield the unit from the water line. it worked! i don't think that either the motherboard or display control panel were defective to begin with, but we just left the new ones in place.
