Goodmans LCD tv USB function I can't find. Please tell me

The USB function on Goodmans LCD TVs allows you to play media files stored on a USB storage device. This function may not be available on all Goodmans LCD TVs and the specific features and compatibility will depend on the model of your TV. To use the USB function, you typically need to connect your USB storage device to the TV using a USB cable.
To access the USB function, you will need to navigate to the Input or Source menu on your TV and select the USB option. Once selected, you will be able to browse the contents of your USB device and play the media files stored on it. The supported file formats and the maximum size of the files that can be played will depend on the specifications of your TV.
If you are unable to find the USB function on your Goodmans LCD TV, it is possible that it is not available on your specific model. I would recommend checking the user manual or contacting Goodmans customer support for further assistance.

My Bush TV has stopped opening USB sticks.

  1. Connect a USB storage device to your TV.
  2. If media is present on the USB device, the Media Browser will automatically load.
  3. Press OK to view available videos on the USB device.
  4. Scroll to a video and press OK to start it playing.
  5. The video will now play.

I was wondering what format i need to use to be able to play movies that i have on my usb on my TV. Its a Sansui 39 inch LED.

Hi,
Based on the user manual for your TV, I don't believe you can play media from a USB device on your 39in model.
The USB port on the TV is used for the 'Time Shift' feature on your TV (which allows you to pause, play and rewind broadcast TV).
I do not believe your TV can play digital media without a device providing video output.
Hope that helps. http://www.sansuiproducts.com/images/manuals/SLED3900.pdf

Eh5000 wont play movies on usb stick

The TV can only play a specific format of video. You may be using MP4 files while the TV can only view 3GP or FLV formats; just try downloading a converter (I've used FLV Converter on Windows XP for years, works fine and very simple) and changing the file format.

Hello, its been a while since I bought LCD TV Samsung LE40A557P2F..but I tried to plug my usb stick in and it didnt work. I thought it could be a stick so I tried to plug few more in but none of the was...

The USB is not intended for the use that you are thinking. You can plug in an USB with photos that you want everyone to see. Plug in a USB, click Menu, then go to Media Play, and then the TV will have a photo show. Also, if you have a chromescast like TV streaming device, then the five volts can come from there.
