I bought a brand new lg phone and now am trying to buy a ring tone but it keeps saying connection fail.....i have cingular n i have a lg tu515 model phone...ppplllzzzz help

go to settings and press master clear...i know it clears everything out of ur phone,even contacts from sims..but it really works and u can download again ^o^
i have tried the same thing and the dial tone has failed but i think you might have to have credit on your phone to do it but i'm unsure to cause mine won't work
you should try a master reset and clear....then connect back the wireless if the same problem occurs then try upgrading the firmware or have it reflash...that can be done by taking the phone to a mobile service center or mobile professional technician.
