Sir i have purchased printer hp laserjet 3055 all in one with scanner. i facing problem i want to install this printer on win server 2003 64 bit but i could not find driver from internet. i have lost my printer software cd.

This error indicates that the scanner has not been linked to the desktop of the attached PC. Either launch the HP Toolbox and follow the scanner setup instructions, or if you do not have toolbox installed you will need to install the printer from the original disks that came with it.
If you scanner error 5 or printer hangs at scanner bulb warming up than the issue is with Scanning Assembly inside the printer and it is hardware issue.
u have to serivce your scanner its need to open it if u have warrenty then go in service center if not then open it then clean it put there some white gress its avlible nearest electronic store then try to scan
hmmm..that's a bit different print servers usually only handle the print driver..check with your router folks to see if that's not the case. HP only sends what is available. The router is in charge of what gets through.
