My cell phone in limited service we r already reset my phone please advice her

What do you mean when you say limited service? if you have a low signal, you may be in an area where there is poor signal reception. try to contact your service provider to check if there is an ongoing maintenance in your area
if your problem is no incoming and or outgoing calls and texts, make sure that the barring is deactivated on your phone. to check, go to the settings of your phone, call settings, call barring, deactivate all. you have to call your service provider also if all your services are active on the account.
