Hello, my Bosch Classixx 1200 washing machine door will not close correctly and doesn't seem to latch. This stops the programmes running and the w m/c goes into freeze mode. Should I tahe the front panel off and check mechanical operation of the latch??

I have a newer bosch nexxt 100 washer. it won't start. when i turn the dial to a temperature 3 lights are lit with a constant beeping alarm. the 3 lights are finished, spin and wash. help! it will take 3 days to get a service tech here.
The latch might be an issue . Move the dial on pump mode . Try activate the door lock with a screw driver move it to the right and should activate the machine. If that works then the latch is the issue and can easily be repaired by removing the door.
