Message Code: CA1

Hi,

Welcome to Fixya. CA1 means your Zynga Poker account was accessed from a new location

If you are not signing into your Facebook account from a new location, your Facebook account may have been compromised. We recommend immediately changing your Facebook password.

Here are some tips to help protect your chips:

  • Zynga will never ask you to enter your Facebook username and password.
  • Check that the URL is www.facebook.com/ when you log in.
  • Don't download applications that claim to enhance our game. Most are designed simply to steal your personal information.
Common scams to avoid:
  • Messages to your Facebook inbox claiming to be Zynga employees or represent Zynga.
  • Offers of a bonus or lottery reward asking you to login to claim chips.
How the scams steal your chips:
  • These offer links will take you to a fake login page.
  • When you login they will steal your password and your chips.
Zynga Poker wants you to have a fun and safe time playing!

Thanks for using Fixya.
